How do I get started?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting a business in Finland is straightforward. You register your company at the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) at prh.fi. The most common legal forms for new entrepreneurs are toiminimi (sole trader \/ private trader), osakeyhti\u00f6 (Oy, limited company), and osuuskunta (cooperative).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sole trader (toiminimi): Easiest to set up. You are personally liable for the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limited company (Oy): Requires \u20ac2,500 in share capital.
